The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in patient care by guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and scheduling options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication & Coordination
  
  
  • Explain proposed treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients.

  • Answer patient questions and address concerns with clarity and empathy.

  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and follow-up visits.

• Financial & Insurance Coordination
  
  
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for treatment plans.

  • Discuss payment options, insurance coverage, and third-party financing.

  • Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.

• Administrative Duties
  
  
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

  • Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and appointment reminders.

• Working Conditions:
