- Data Synthesis: Coordinate universal screening schedules and lead data teams to identify student needs, track progress, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Reporting Accountability: Collect, organize, and submit data required for the annual MDE Section 31a Annual Program & Fiscal Report (APFR) and district MICIP cycles.
- Instructional Coaching: Provide ongoing professional development and side-by-side coaching to teachers on Tier 1 differentiation and Tier 2/3 interventions.
- Fidelity Monitoring: Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to guarantee intervention programs are delivered with high structural fidelity.

- Certification: Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate or Michigan School Administrator Certificate.
