Business ManagerElk Ave Hospitality is seeking a highly organized Business Manager who takes pride in accurate payroll, clean reporting, strong document management, forecasting, financial-process support, and dependable systems. This is a hands-on Shared Services management role supporting all Elk Ave Hospitality concepts throughout the Gunnison Valley.The Business Manager is part of Elk Ave Hospitality's Shared Services team and supports all concepts across the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development, HR & Finance.As Business Manager, I manage the day-to-day systems and administrative processes that support accurate payroll, Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, forecasting, manager process accountability, document management, and system integrity across Elk Ave Hospitality.Key responsibilities include:Payroll and TimekeepingAccounts ReceivableManager Process ScorecardsSales and Item RoutingInvoice Processing SupportForecasting and Budget IntegrationKPI and Management ReportingDocument Management and File OrganizationSystems and Data AccuracyProcess Improvement and Training PartnershipReporting and CommunicationQualifications include:Restaurant, hospitality, business administration, finance support, payroll, or comparable management experience preferredStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailStrong financial and mathematical aptitudeAbility to manage recurring deadlines and multiple prioritiesExperience working with payroll or timekeeping processesComfort working with financial, operational, document-management, and reporting systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify discrepancies and follow through until resolutionAbility to maintain highly organized shared-file environmentsAbility to work independently while remaining closely aligned with leadershipAbility to appropriately handle confidential payroll, employee, financial, and business informationPreferred Skills and Experience include:Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experiencePayroll administration or payroll-system oversightAccounts Receivable experienceForecasting and budget-tracking experienceExperience maintaining management scorecards or KPI reportingExperience with document management, shared drives, file structures, and version controlFamiliarity with POS, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and accounting workflowsFamiliarity with Toast, Craftable, ADP, and scheduling/timekeeping platformsStrong Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skillsExperience reconciling information between multiple systemsExperience supporting invoice-processing and accounting workflowsExperience creating and maintaining repeatable administrative processesAbility to identify trends in operational data and translate them into actionable improvementsThis is a full-time salaried Shared Services management position with health benefits and paid time off.
