Role Description
As a Senior Solutions Architect, AI-Native SDLC, you will make Upsun Dispatch real inside our most important customers. Your job is to understand how customers ship today, design workflows and architecture that fit their environment rather than an idealized one, and prove it with working implementations.
- Own the technical relationship across the full arc, before signature and after it.
- Understand the customer's reality: their branching strategy, review culture, security reviewers, and existing systems.
- This is a founding role in a young product line; the architecture you design becomes the pattern we ship to every account.
- Be close to the first deployments for learning and shift toward patterns that let others deploy as delivery capability builds out.
What to expect
- Win the Technical Decision: Own the technical relationship on your opportunities — discovery, architecture and security review, proofs of value.
- Grow the Accounts You Own: Expand from the first workflow to the second and third, inside both new logos and existing customer base.
- Build the First Working Version: Build workflows, custom steps, and integrations against each customer's tools.
- Drive the Market Feedback Loop: Be the shortest path between a customer's problem and our roadmap.
- Make the Next Deployment Cheaper: Capture each deployment as a reusable pattern.
- Technical Leadership: Handle security questionnaires, architecture reviews, compliance questions, and deliver technical workshops.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial time in customer-facing architecture.
- Hands-on experience in coding and familiarity with customer ecosystems (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python).
- Real fluency in Git workflows, CI/CD, testing strategy, and release management.
- Competence in cloud infrastructure and production realities.
- Experience building with AI agents and understanding governance in agentic systems.
- Strong ability to anchor technical conversations in business outcomes.
- Executive presence and strong written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work across time zones.
