The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality, compassionate care while managing a patient ratio of approximately 5:1. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient patient flow and ensuring optimal outcomes during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with emergent conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
