Accounts Payable Clerk

What You'll Do:

• Invoice Management: Enter invoices using SAP and Excel for various business units.
• Vendor Relations: Handle inquiries from vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized invoice files.
• Precision: Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
• Timeliness: Meet deadlines consistently.
• Additional Tasks: Take on other accounting duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Customer service experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong typing skills (10-key preferred).
• Technology: Demonstrated ability to use and adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to support business needs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Can perform the functions of the jobs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; and
