We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Marketing Business Partner to support our Captured Distribution dealership network across the Western United States. This field-focused role serves as the critical link between corporate marketing strategy and dealership-level execution, helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and local market success.

The Retail Marketing Specialist will primarily support a cluster of dealerships throughout Idaho and Oregon, while also providing marketing support to locations in California, Arizona, and Texas. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working directly with business partners, developing local marketing strategies, and creating meaningful community connections.

What You'll DoDrive Local Marketing Excellence

• Develop and coordinate social media content for dealership locations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with dealership teams to create engaging, locally relevant marketing content.
• Provide coaching and guidance to dealership staff on social media best practices and content creation.
• Coordinate marketing updates, promotions, and communications with dealership administrators.
• Ensure dealership websites remain current, optimized, and aligned with company branding and SEO/SEM objectives.

Support Dealership Growth & Marketing Execution

• Evaluate and prioritize marketing opportunities across multiple dealership locations and markets.
• Execute dealership marketing plans that support business goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Onboard new dealerships into Novae's marketing technology platforms and provide ongoing training and support.
• Build relationships with dealership marketing champions and equip them with the tools needed for local success.
• Support inventory marketing efforts through online marketplaces and third-party advertising platforms.

Strengthen Community Engagement & Public Relations

• Identify opportunities for dealerships to engage with local communities through events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Secure earned media opportunities, including local news coverage, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
• Serve as a marketing liaison between dealerships and local media contacts or public relations partners.

Measure Performance & Optimize Results

• Manage and execute dealership marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Support the utilization of OEM co-op marketing programs and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Partner with analytics, CRM, and digital marketing teams to evaluate results and refine strategies.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, multi-location retail marketing, dealership marketing, or franchise marketing.
• Experience planning and executing local marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Social media marketing
  • SEO/SEM
  • Digital advertising
  • CRM systems
• Experience training and supporting non-marketing teams on marketing tools and best practices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with independent dealerships or dealer networks.
• Familiarity with inventory advertising platforms and online marketplaces.
• Experience managing local co-op marketing programs.
• Trailer industry experience.

Work Environment

• Primarily based within Idaho.
• Regular travel to dealership locations throughout the Western region.
