Internet Sales Associate

Join Our TeamWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team in Nampa, Idaho. This role is responsible for managing online and phone-based customer inquiries, converting leads into sales opportunities, and supporting a seamless customer experience from initial contact through purchase.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with CRM systems, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting retail sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to online leads, website inquiries, emails, and social media messages.Answer inbound customer calls, provide product information, and direct calls as necessary.Convert digital and phone inquiries into sales opportunities by providing accurate pricing, availability, and product details.Manage customer records, lead status updates, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.Schedule customer appointments, inventory viewings, and pickup times.Maintain accurate online listings for trailers, parts, and accessories across multiple sales platforms.Assist with inventory management by verifying stock levels and updating product availability.Capture and upload photos and videos of inventory for marketing and customer inquiries.Prepare quotes, sales orders, and supporting customer documentation.Conduct virtual product walk-throughs and demonstrations when needed.Collaborate with store leadership regarding lead activity, conversion performance, and customer feedback.Support overall retail operations and perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsRequiredExperience using CRM systems for lead management and customer follow-up.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with email, online listing platforms, and basic computer applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to take and upload photos and videos of inventory.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).PreferredInventory management experience in a retail, dealership, or similar environment.Experience handling inbound sales or customer service calls.Knowledge of trailers, towing equipment, or automotive products.Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and digital sales tools.Work EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in a retail store and office environment and requires frequent use of:Computers and CRM systemsTelephones and digital communication toolsOnline sales and listing platformsOccasional movement between office and inventory display areas may be required to photograph inventory and assist customers.What We OfferWe value our employees and are committed to providing a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Competitive pay401(k)401(k) with 3% Company MatchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Opportunities for growth and advancementOngoing training and developmentTeam-oriented work environmentApply TodayIf you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and using technology to drive sales success, we'd love to hear from you.
