Senior Inside Sales ConsultantAs a Senior Inside Sales Consultant, you will work with families who have already begun their search with A Place for Mom and guide them through the final stages of their decision.This is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role focused on re-engaging families, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and converting interest into move-ins.You will be responsible for consistent follow-up, strong consultative selling, and disciplined execution across every stage of the sales process.You will play a critical role in helping families make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Your ability to follow through, guide effectively, and drive outcomes directly impacts both family experiences and business success.What you will do:Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals when needed.Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options.Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion.Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance.What will make you successful:High daily activity and consistent follow-up executionStrong pipeline management and organizationAbility to convert engaged families into move-insConsistent achievement of sales targetsResponsiveness to coaching and continuous improvementWho you are:A results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-activity, metrics-based environmentSkilled at closing and advancing deals, not just generating interestHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple families and timelines simultaneouslyComfortable owning a pipeline and being accountable for outcomesCoachable, resilient, and motivated to improve performanceQualifications:5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing and converting warm lead pipelinesStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously)Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountabilityPreferred:Bachelor's degreeStrongly preferred Senior Living Community Sales ExperienceWork Environment:Fully remote role with a required dedicated home office spaceHigh-speed, hardwired internet connection requiredCompany-provided laptop, VOIP system, CRM access, and toolsSchedule includes some evenings, weekends, and holidaysCompensation:Hourly Base Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour)On Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus (Uncapped)Benefits:401(k) plus matchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffAbout A Place for Mom:A Place for Mom is the leading platform guiding families through every stage of the aging journey.
