Inside Sales Coordinator

Supporting the sales team in achieving targets, the full-time Inside Sales Coordinator will manage customer accounts, facilitate the sales process, and act as a liaison between clients and various departments while working remotely with flexible hours to accommodate Central and Pacific time zones. Key responsibilities Manage the sales team pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress Assist in preparing customer proposals and serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer requirements are met and sales operations are optimized Required qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and commitment to high-quality service Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with customer-facing communication via phone and email
