Summary KREWE is seeking a Sales Specialist for its Austin store team. The role focuses on providing a distinctive customer experience through eyewear expertise, style advice, and achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities Lead customers through every step of the sales cycle and provide style advice. Partner with the retail team to exceed sales quotas and set and achieve daily personal goals. Maintain visual brand standards. Requirements Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a strong interest in eyewear. Strong work ethic and proven history of exceeding expectations in a goal-oriented environment. Strong conversational skills and a passion for providing a unique customer experience.
