Xanitos is hiring Part‑Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for all shifts at Physicians Regional – Collier in Naples, FL. 1st Shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Job Overview The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps facilities or locations in an orderly condition within a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. Daily Responsibilities Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. Sweep and/or vacuum floors. Dust furniture and equipment. Polish metalwork. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area. Replenish bathroom supplies. Transport small equipment or tools between departments. Job Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Experience in the janitorial industry a plus. Medical cleaning experience a plus. Post‑offer medical, background screening, and drug test required. Physical Demands Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lb. Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses. Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment. The work environment includes exposure to fumes or airborne particles; occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts. Noise level usually quiet.
