Compensation:$100,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion.
- Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion.
- Develop case strategies and provide leadership and direction to staff.
- Cultivate relationships with the Firm's clients and participate in business development.
- Be a team player with the intention of building a long-term career with partnership opportunities.
- A minimum of three(3) years of bankruptcy experience, including complex business disputes.
- Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom.
- Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication.
- Ability to conduct research and write exceptionally well.
- Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly.
