Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. $180,000 - $250,000

• Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws

• Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry
• Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

• Seven years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry
