Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, service, and cleaning of meals and snacks for residents in our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities
• Maintain accurate records of meal service and resident preferences to ensure personalized care
• Participate in the planning and preparation of special events and functions , such as birthday celebrations and holiday dinners
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas , upholding the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service , working closely with our registered dietitians and culinary staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager , as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred , but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods , with a focus on resident safety and comfort
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills , with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices , ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all residents and staff
