Loss Prevention Agent

Patrol all areas of the buildings by foot and vehicle as required Monitor security cameras Conduct daily physical hazard inspections Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary Conduct initial investigation reports and gather evidence as directed by security leadership Walk through and around building exteriors to conduct safety hazard and security audits Complete incident reports related to security in collaboration with security leadership Maintain a safe work environment Work the specified day-shift schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:00 am–6:00 pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 am–2:30 pm; Friday through Sunday off Requirements Passing of MVR Report (Required) Knowledge and experience with security systems Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and/or weekends 1 year of security or loss prevention experience Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience Self-motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time Ability to tolerate weather elements, including heat, cold, rain, snow and wind May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in security operations, including monitoring security systems, conducting hazard inspections, and completing incident reports.
