Staff Accountant

We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our client's Finance team! If you love clean reconciliations, smooth month-end closes, and being the go-to person your team can count on, we'd love to talk. What you'll be doing: Running month-end close and reconciliations Preparing and posting journal entries and GL analyses Reconciling bank statements and backing up AP Handling sales and use tax filings Pitching in on audits and tax prep Helping with inventory reconciliation, cash flow, and credit applications Managing the company credit card program Jumping into the annual budget process and monthly analysis Reviewing work and mentoring teammates along the way What you bring: Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Admin, or equivalent experience Solid GAAP and general ledger know-how Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) Landscaping or construction experience is a plus A sharp eye for detail, great communication, and a positive, team-first vibe #J-18808-Ljbffr
