Job Title: Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and disassembly of fully manufactured engines, ensuring proper handling of components.
• Remove engine parts, apply coolant, and prepare units for testing and inspection.
• Conduct leak tests and other quality checks to verify engine integrity and performance.

Shifts:

• 1st (6:30am-2:42pm)
• 2nd (2:30pm-10:42pm)
• 3rd (10:30pm-6:42am)

Pay Rate:

• 1st ($18/hr)
• 2nd ($18.50/hr)
• 3rd ($18.75/hr)

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in a production or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency using hand tools in an assembly or manufacturing setting.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for the majority of the shift handling repetitive tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug test.
• Ownership of steel toe shoes or boots and ability to wear them throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holt, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
