Job Description Lead and manage all HR operations for a two-shift, 130-person non-union manufacturing facility as a standalone HR professional Oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) programs Manage end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent Administer payroll processing utilizing the ADP platform Handle Workers' Compensation claims and manage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and related leave management policies Design and deliver employee training and development programs to support organizational growth Foster positive employee relations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace culture Key Requirements Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience required Demonstrated payroll administration experience is mandatory for this standalone role Manufacturing industry background preferred; experience in a fast-paced production environment is highly valued Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Company Description Since 1973, Search Masters has been a leader in Northeast Ohio in Executive Search and professional placement.
