Learn more at .What You’ll Do:Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking, speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready designs while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality.About the Role:We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Website UI/UX Designer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design expertise with strategic thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through execution. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
