The Order Processing Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders. Essential Job Functions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills
- Quality focused

- Strong typing skills
- Ability to think critically
- Advanced computer skills (AS400)
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Ability to analyze information and report research results
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
The Order Processing Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders. Essential Job Functions
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis
- Prepare and process customer orders
- Review orders for accuracy
- General pricing and scheduling of jobs
- Inform customers of any changes in pricing and ship dates
- Receive and relay customer complaints
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other duties and projects assigned
