We're looking for a highly organized Digital Asset Manager to own the intake, review, and approval of hundreds of promotional assets flowing through a fast-moving digital production environment. You'll work directly with developers and cross-functional creative teams, keeping a high-volume asset pipeline moving accurately and on time, from first submission to final archive.This is a role for someone who brings professionalism, discretion, and calm under pressure, and who genuinely enjoys the mechanics of managing digital content at scale.What You'll Do:Manage the full developer asset lifecycle, from initial request through review, approval, handoff, and archivingServe as the primary point of contact for developer communicationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear, consistent communicationReceive and organize digital assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platformAssess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignmentEscalate assets requiring legal/business clearance reviewMaintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resourcesWhat You Bring:3–5 years of experience as a Digital Asset ManagerAbility to build and maintain strong one-on-one working relationships with external partners/developersExperience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork managementProven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their full lifecycleKeen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guidesExperience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio filesHighly organized and detail-oriented track recordProficiency in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AirtableProven success partnering and collaborating across cross-functional teamsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technology to improve production efficiency and outputDeep understanding of and passion for technology, apps, and gamesBonus Points If You Have:Creative agency experienceFamiliarity with app store ecosystems, games, and appsBachelor's degreeTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
