Position Summary

The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving quality beverages and food products. This role supports a welcoming, clean, and engaging environment that reflects brand standards and enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
2. Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
3. Operate cash registers and follow all cash-handling procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
5. Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies.
6. Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
7. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred, but not required.

Job Environment

• Fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
