Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Night Shift - Clinical Decision Unit - Mt.Holly/Willingboro, NJ - Full Time Advanced Practice Provider – Night Shift – Clinical Decision Unit – Full Time Location: Mount Holly/Willingboro, New Jersey Schedule: Full Time, 3rd Shift Virtua Medical Group invites a Full‑Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to our new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), an extension of the Emergency Department that provides short‑term care for patients needing extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge. Overview As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in‑hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient‑centered care. Ideal Candidate Experience in a hospital setting is required. Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred. Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Compensation The starting salary for this position is: $132,900.00 (annually). The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
