Rural Veteran Housing & Case Manager

Archdiocese of St. Louis seeks a Rural Counties Case Manager to deliver housing-focused support to veterans and families at risk of homelessness. The role requires assessing needs and development of individualized service plans across nine rural counties. Core hours are Monday through Friday, requiring travel throughout the service area.
