PSR is searching for its next CEO! We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about community service, energized by collaboration, and excited to make lasting, meaningful impacts on their lives of others.
- Are you a mission-driven leader with short-term and long-term strategies for the 60+ community?
- Have you cultivated a workplace culture grounded in trust, safety, and open communications while empowering employees to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential?
- Do you have a proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives through cultivating relationships, government, and corporate grant development and identifying innovative funding opportunities?
- Are you experienced in financial leadership, including budget development, financial oversight, reporting, and strong internal controls?
- Have you led organizational risk management efforts?
- Must have bachelor's degree in business, public admin, social work or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in the nonprofit sector in admin or supervisory position. Highly prefer upper-level management.
- Strong written and oral communication, public relations, and technical skills. Knowledge of social and economic characteristics of seniors in the agency service area.
- Knowledge of principles of the Older Americans Act, including regulations, procedures, laws, and availability of elderly appropriate federal and state grants.
- Must maintain primary residence in the agency service area,
- Position is on-site.
- Occasional travel to conferences and meetings.
