Prenatal Account Executive, South Virginia The Prenatal Account Executive is an outstanding prenatal sales executive with experience in diagnostic and genetic testing product sales. The role will involve delivering clinical information to external clients throughout the territory and internal teams, influencing how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and shaping market strategy for a single‑gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen. Responsibilities Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, Genetic Counselors and related professionals. Identify, develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine. Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships. Capitalize on commercial growth opportunities within the designated region. Create and implement a strategic business plan to expand utilization rapidly. Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation. Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events. Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers. Demonstrated successful sales track record and strong understanding of buyer/decision maker types. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation abilities. Effective time‑management skills and a proven ability to assess and prioritize opportunities. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Sense of urgency and focus on closing business. Consultative sales skills and coordination of logistics and problem‑solving with medical professionals. Ability to work independently within a startup environment, with an internal drive to be successful. Knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient information. Total compensation range $184,569 – $248,269 per year (at plan). Base salary range $136,869 – $163,269 per year.
