Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a local production team on 2nd shift. This role is essential to ensuring products are filled, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, sort, count, weigh, wipe, cap, and fill boxes with product
- Apply labels to containers and wrap products manually or using semi-automatic machinery
- Unpack and feed bottles into production lines
- Place fitments, spray heads, caps, protectors, and dividers on containers
- Inspect products for quality (proper fill levels, tight caps, straight labels)
- Load machines, monitor production processes, and unload finished goods
- Pack boxes and prepare orders for shipment
- Palletize finished products and transport them using a pallet jack to staging or distribution areas
- Assist with additional duties to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent twisting, bending, and lifting (10-40 lbs intermittently)
- Ability to work in a production environment using tools such as box cutters, tape dispensers, and filling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor processes
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or food service is a plus but not required
- Guaranteed overtime opportunities to increase your earnings
