Business AnalystsLocation: Baton Rouge, LA 70802 Duration: 09/01/2020 and end 06/30/2024. State of LA Pay Rate: $45/hr on w2 all inclusiveBusiness Analysts - EA PlatformIdentify and document relevant business processes contained in the current EA platform; Identify approaches to addressing EA Platform team processes in new, modernized application development environments; Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those resultsExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:Business Analysts - EA PlatformTwo (2) years' experience conducting business process analysisTwo (2) years' experience creating workflow and other graphical process designMinimum of three (3) years' experience in Enterprise Change ManagementMinimum of three (3) years' experience in Enterprise Release ManagementExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Enterprise documentation creation via VisioAgile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principlesITIL v3 framework for IT Service Management (ITSM) with a Foundation certification level at a minimumITSM applications (i.e. Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, etc.) Omega Solutions Inc
