Avista Senior Living is hiring two part-time Recruiters to join our Recruitment & Employee Services team. This role is a great fit for students who want real, hands-on experience in healthcare administration and HR while working around a class schedule. What You'll Do Source and screen candidates for open positions across our senior living communities Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting Partner with community leadership to understand staffing needs What You'll Gain Direct exposure to healthcare administration and operations in a growing senior living organization Practical experience in talent acquisition, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management Mentorship from HR and recruitment professionals A flexible schedule designed to work around coursework What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in healthcare administration, human resources, business, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Prior recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required - we'll train the right candidate Details Part-time, 15-25 hours per week $25/hour Remote - applicants must reside in AZ, UT, WA, ID, or NM #J-18808-Ljbffr
