This position combines recruiting strategy with phone-based sales to make a real impact nationwide. We need recruiters who look to make a splash and enjoy working hard. Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals using our ATS, job boards, and internal leads. Conduct proactive outreach to build and maintain a powerful talent pipeline. Use email and SMS campaigns to spark candidate interest and drive conversions. Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment cycle—from first contact to placement. Exceed recruiting and sales goals while contributing to a winning, high-energy team environment. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A competitive, self-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals.
