$28–$34/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, build strength, and regain independence through hands-on therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and therapeutic exercises
• Support rehabilitation goals focused on mobility, endurance, and functional independence
• Observe patient progress and communicate updates with the rehab team
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
