Education and/or Experience A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited assistant school of Physical Therapy. 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
