As an Innovation Policy Manager, you will not just observe the future; you will actively evangelize it, bringing to life the profound economic and social value of AI and immersive experiences for a global audience. What You'll Do

• Lead immersive demonstrations, providing policy audiences with hands-on experiences with AI solutions, wearables, virtual reality, and other pioneering technologies.
• Design, create, and execute innovative policy experiences and events to educate and inform key policy stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic outreach programs and policy campaigns to advocate for the economic and social value of AI innovation.
• Support engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion formers, and non-profit groups to enrich the public discussion on innovative technologies like AI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships teams, as well as global policy teams, to build and drive programs and campaigns that showcase the value of AI innovation.
• Forge coalitions with external organizations to advance the company's policy objectives.
• Develop and project manage innovative policy programs and campaigns, including those for new AI products.
• Independently manage smaller advocacy campaigns and contribute to larger campaigns, occasionally serving as a primary client lead.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders to champion AI innovation.
• Frequent domestic travel is required for this role.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, law, political science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in policy or legal roles, with a strong focus on AI technology or other related advanced technologies.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in any of the following areas: AI technologies, wearables, virtual reality, programs and campaigns, security, privacy, integrity, competition, and their surrounding policy environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with AI, open-source innovation, wearables, and virtual reality.
• Proven experience in policy stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in developing and executing policy programs and campaigns.
