Trade Marketing Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive cross‑channel alignment, retail partner engagement, and in‑store visual consistency for Revive Skincare brand. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and visual teams to deliver impactful launches, seasonal promotions, and best‑in‑class retail experiences. Key Responsibilities Channel Alignment & Resource Integration Coordinate marketing calendars across e‑commerce, retail counters, and duty‑free channels. Partner with marketing and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize brand visibility. Lead cross‑functional alignment for key product launches, including plan finalization and asset distribution. Annual Promotional Strategy Collaborate with brand marketing, product, and sales teams to develop the annual trade promotion strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Retailer Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with premium retail partners. Lead business reviews and brand initiative presentations, and support the sales team in securing priority retail resources and visibility. Visual Merchandising Execution Work closely with the visual team to define VM guidelines and requirements. Oversee implementation through to retail doors, ensuring consistent, luxury‑aligned in‑store presentation for launches and major campaigns. Competitor Intelligence Monitor competitor activities and trade marketing moves on an ongoing basis. Prepare competitive analysis reports for key holiday and seasonal periods. Requirements Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience in beauty/retail. 3+ years of experience within luxury skincare brands ; international/cross‑border collaboration experience highly preferred. Direct experience working with premium U.S. beauty retail partners, such as Saks, Neiman Marcus , etc. Strong cross‑functional communication, project management, and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr RéVive Skincare
