HOLIDAY PAY – Four paid holidays each year Behavior Intervention Specialist Job Responsibilities Focus on reviewing collected data and participating in collaboration meetings and indirect resource, program, and plan development. Implement supports around clinical and behavioral needs for the individuals we serve, including plans for individuals with complex care needs. Work collaboratively with all other disciplines to ensure all needs are met for the individuals. Support the clinical team in developing specific support plans and other protocols as needed. Attend and demonstrate the Green Zone, Ukeru, and Right Response training. Position Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Have experience with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in Supported Living, Community Protection, and/or Crisis Diversion (preferred). Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field (preferred). Have at least one year of experience as a qualified Behavioral Specialist/Trainer or relevant license highly preferred (e.g., BCaBA, RBT, etc.). Be able to travel to various program locations and work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the individuals we support. Provide proof of vehicle insurance and an acceptable driving record. Be able to pass federal and state background checks and maintain clearance during employment. Be able to interface with multiple data collection systems (e.g., Therap, ALP, Microsoft Forms, etc.).
