Support Specialist

Role: Direct Support Lead in Community & Social Services Oversee daily care and support for individuals with diverse needs, promoting independence and dignity. Mentor and supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality service delivery. Coordinate person-centered service plans tailored to each individual. Provide trauma-informed support in home and community environments. Collaborate with families, clinicians, and community partners to meet individual goals. Monitor documentation, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with standards. Advocate for individuals' personal goals and well-being. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Experience in community or social services preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
