Construction Project Manager

Managing all facets of commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will oversee project delivery, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while interfacing directly with clients and ensuring project data integrity. Key responsibilities Manage project management processes for multi-disciplined construction projects and larger programs Interface with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk management strategies Implement project documentation governance and track project progress, reporting status and variances Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, along with the ability to read architectural drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is beneficial Strong judgment skills based on analysis of multiple information sources Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
