What this job involves:As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role for the Northeast Regional Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client. This role involves successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.What your day-to-day will look like:Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgetsBuilding strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycleLeading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performanceDeveloping comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issuesTracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecastsImplementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectationsIdentifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiativesSupporting delivery of challenging Corporate Interior projects for financial services clientWorking within Northeast Regional Projects Team structure and collaborative cultureRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industryProficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and BluebeamStrong knowledge of project management principles and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersProven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performanceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as neededPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification in project management (PMP)Experience working in a global and matrixed organizationKnowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standardsFamiliarity with digital tools and technologies in project managementAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learningExperience with Corporate Interior projects and financial services clientsUnderstanding of Northeast Regional Projects Team operationsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and innovative project management practicesLocation:Onsite 5 days a weekThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
