Ultimately, ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long-term planning. Responsibilities Provide hand on care to the resident based on the resident Plan of Care. Administer medications and provide treatment to the resident based on the physician orders. Must be able to identify changes in the resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs. Strong focus assessment skills as well as documentation skills. Must be able to evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care. Monitor the resident overall condition and provide care as required while maintaining compliance with the facility policy and procedures. Qualifications Current RN/LVN License in Texas Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team Able to work efficiently under time constraints Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Holland Lake Rehab offers competitive compensation!
