Lead Field Service Technician - Gas Compression

Energy Transfer

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Lead Service Technician to perform maintenance, startups, and high-end repairs on natural gas compression equipment across multiple sites. You will mentor Field Service Technicians, ensure unit uptime, and coordinate with the Area Service Manager to optimize field operations. Responsibilities include customer liaison, safety compliance, and driving field efficiency while working extended hours and potentially on-call weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
