What You'll Do

• Perform high-risk obstetric ultrasounds, including detailed anatomy scans, fetal echo, and doppler studies
• Conduct initial assessment and assist with perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies
• Utilize GE ultrasound equipment to produce accurate images for diagnosis
• Document findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Support outpatient imaging procedures, including fetal and neonatal ultrasounds
• Maintain compliance with institutional protocols and safety standards
• Ensure quality control and proper equipment usage during scans

What You Need

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience in high-risk obstetrics or maternal-fetal imaging
• Experience with GE ultrasound systems
• Ability to perform fetal anatomical surveys, dopplers, NT scans, and fetal echoes

• Experience with outpatient clinics, portable ultrasound
• Skills in liver, pancreas, pediatric abdomen, and small parts ultrasounds
• Procedures experience such as amniocentesis
• Additional certifications in small parts, breast, or pelvic ultrasound

About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Wilmington, NC, specializing in maternal-fetal radiology and cardiology. This position focuses on perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies, including level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth assessments, BPP, dopplers, NT, TV, and fetal echo. The unit handles adolescents and adults, with an average daily census of 50 patients and eight exam rooms. You will work Monday through Friday with no on-call or weekend requirements, and a 40-hour workweek.
