Location: Duluth, Georgia – Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (9:00 AM–6:00 PM as needed)
Pay: $35/hour 
Duration: Open-ended Temp | Potential Temp-to-Hire
Start: ASAP – Urgent Need

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration. This role will manage health and welfare benefits while providing direct support to employees, HR, and insurance vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, FSA, HSA, EAP, and Wellness benefits.

• Manage new hire benefits orientations and online enrollment.

• Process benefit changes, eligibility, waivers, dependent verification, and terminations.

• Audit benefit deductions and maintain accurate employee records.

• Support COBRA administration and communications.

• Assist with annual open enrollment activities.

• Partner with insurance carriers to resolve employee benefit issues.

• Coordinate benefit premiums for employees on FMLA and other leaves.

• Ensure benefit programs are administered in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.

• 2+ years of employee benefits/health & welfare administration experience preferred.

• Experience with HRIS and online benefits enrollment systems.

• Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, ACA/PPACA , and applicable regulations.

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and work with a strong sense of urgency.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
