Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with Trade Floor support experience to provide white-glove IT support for front-office users in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support skills, experience supporting trading floors, and knowledge of market data platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide white-glove desktop support for traders, portfolio managers, and research teams.
Support Windows desktops, laptops, and high-performance workstations.
Configure and troubleshoot multi-monitor setups.
Support market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and FactSet.
Troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and networking issues.
Manage incidents through ServiceNow or Jira while meeting SLAs.
Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve critical issues.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Desktop/Trade Floor Support experience.
Windows Desktop & Endpoint Support.
Trade Floor Support.
Multi-monitor workstation setup.
Active Directory, VPN, Networking.
Citrix/VDI.
ServiceNow or Jira.
Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet (preferred).
OMS/EMS or Aladdin (preferred).
White-glove/VIP Support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting financial services or asset management environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, market-driven environments.
