Purpose & Impact This role offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Conduct mental health assessment and provide ongoing clinical services to Unaccompanied Children (UCs) referred to the Dream Center. Services are delivered on an intensive, short‑term basis in collaboration with the case management team and align with the policies of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Essential Functions Conduct clinical intake assessment and provide ongoing clinical and crisis interventions for clients. Screen UCs for human trafficking concerns. Collaborate with case management to provide the clinical perspective in assessment, service provision, and discharge of UCs within ORR‑mandated timeframes. Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions and weekly group counseling sessions with UC clients. Conduct sponsor assessments and provide clinical expertise in sponsor reunification cases. Apply a working knowledge of child welfare best practices to protect all clients and mitigate risk factors. Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy. Maintain an updated, working knowledge of DHS and UC/ORR policy and operating procedures. Meet regularly with supervisor to consult on cases, review case plan decisions, and evaluate client progress. Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff. Other duties as assigned. Schedule Hybrid. Other Functions Perform related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Must be able to drive, have a valid Florida driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. Must be able to work flexible and long hours. Education Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience, or a master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or another relevant behavioral science where direct clinical experience is required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure. Experience Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience working with vulnerable, immigrant, or migrant populations. Experience working in a residential facility is required. Skills Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
