The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing account growth, client retention, and new business development activities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets.
• Conduct client meetings to better understand business objectives, workforce challenges, and growth initiatives.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and successful project execution.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, community involvement, and social selling activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments that may impact clients.
• Represent the organization at professional associations, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, client services, staffing, consulting, marketing services, or other professional services environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue through consultative sales techniques.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward performance goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and build credibility with business leaders.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through skills.
