Your proven commitment to service, process, and excellence is highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsMaintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring the well-being of the crew.Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications:Certification/Designation:IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRTFoundation of Skills: Meaningful previous experience in cleaning, service, or other detail-oriented industries is highly valued.Experience serving commercial properties is beneficial.Valid driver's license is required.High school diploma/GED is required.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
