Job Duties

• Operate Reach Forklifts, doubles equipment, rolling racks, clamp, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
• Verify product quantities and ensure correct shipments are loaded and dispatched.
• Complete equipment inspections before operation and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through RF scanning, cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory control processes.
• Assist with physical inventories and resolve inventory discrepancies with warehouse management teams.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to accurately use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Experience Requirements

• Required experience with doubles (double reach forklift) and rolling racks.
• Minimum 9 months of experience operating a Reach Forklift and warehouse distribution equipment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, loading, unloading, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Previous experience performing cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory audits preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift, move, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting above and below waist level.
• Ability to work in a large distribution center with extensive walking throughout the facility.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.

What You Will Do


As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment
• Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security
• Assists in physical inventories
• Ensures proper stock rotation
• Conducts cycle counts as requested
• Must have Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge.
• Basic safety understanding in operating equipment
• Responsible for reporting safety concerns to management in a timely manner
• Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team and assists in resolution
• Must be able to complete inspection form prior operating equipment
• Must be able to use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
