This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and tactical execution. Youll be responsible for designing and delivering integrated marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and elevate brand visibility. Youll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Content Strategy, and Service to bring go-to-market campaigns to life. Additionally, you will own and oversee:Demand Generation & Pipeline ExecutionDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and partner marketingBuild and optimize lead acquisition and nurture programs that drive high-quality pipeline.Own campaign performance end-to-endfrom concept to execution to reportingwith a focus on revenue impact.Develop automated workflows and nurture sequences to move prospects and clients through the funnel.Campaign Reporting & AnalysisTrack and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and ROIRun A/B tests, analyze funnel friction points, and implement data-driven optimizations.Leverage tools like Pardot, Sales Cadencing tools, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and Lead Forensics to refine audience targeting and segment strategiesOwn the campaign calendar and enforce a disciplined go-to-market rhythmCross-Functional AlignmentAct as the day-to-day marketing partner to Sales and Account Management teams ensuring alignment on outreach, lead follow-up, and messagingDeliver impactful sales enablement tools including campaign content, email sequences, targeted lists and vertical-specific messagingPartner with content, product and SMEs to develop visually compelling, high performing campaign assetsOur ideal candidate:10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years owning integrated campaign strategy and executionHighly motivated, self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledgeDeep understanding of the buyers journey and sales cyclesexperience with legal or operations personas in financial services is a plusExcellent Communicator, both verbal and writtenAbility to build effective relationships with a wide range of peopleExperience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics)Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentWhat does FRT offer:Fun and diverse colleaguesFree drinks and snacks and free access to onsite gymHealth, dental, vision401k (with company match)Income protection plans (life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability) and access to a suite of voluntary benefit programsClose to public transit (walking distance to Wellington T on Orange Line)Free parking onsiteThis position is based in our Medford, MA, headquarters. You must be comfortable commuting to the office 2/3 days per week. Compensation: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $125,000-$150,000 a year (based in MA).
