Development Coordinator

Located in Dallas, Texas, the Skorburg Company is a growing and dynamic real estate land development firm committed to being a leader in the development industry. The Company currently has over thirty (30) projects in various phases of planning, development, and sellout across more than a dozen municipalities throughout the DFW Metroplex. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet. This position reports directly to the Director of Project Management, supports the broader project management team, and interacts regularly with the accounting department. Responsibilities Maintain and update construction schedules, project data, and task tracking across all projects, including pre-development and active development phases. Prepare summary-level reports for weekly construction and project management meetings. Coordinate with the Accounting Department to review and quality control invoices, supporting the timely preparation and processing of monthly draws. Assist with contract administration, including: Bid package preparation Bid solicitation and review Contractor selection support Preparation of construction contracts Coordination of pre-construction meetings Change order tracking and management Contractor scheduling and progress tracking Assist in the development and maintenance of historical project data to support underwriting and cost estimating. Support the Project Management team in coordination with municipalities, engineering firms, utility providers, and other consultants throughout the lifecycle of each project. Assist with coordination and management of HOA improvement and maintenance projects. Maintain and organize project files, tracking required deliverables to ensure timely distribution to builders.
